The Emory International Law Review (“EILR”) is pleased to invite submissions to its online companion—Emory International Law Review Recent Developments (“Recent Developments”)—on a rolling basis for publication in 40 Emory Int’l L. Rev. Recent Devs. _ (2026).
Recent Developments welcomes short articles and essays addressing timely issues in international and comparative law. Topics may include, but are not limited to, international trade, global conflicts, intellectual property, climate change, corporate governance, and emerging legislation and regulations. As an online publication, we generally prefer submissions of 4,000–8,000 words in length, including approximately 30–100 footnotes. All manuscripts must be the author’s original work and not previously published. Interested authors should submit their manuscript and a current résumé/CV to EILR via Scholastica.
